2200DRA Chicago Shootout

10am to 12:30pm: Open Qualifying
12:30pm to 1pm: Lunch Break
1pm to 4pm: 4 Rounds + Final
4pm to 5pm: Open 1/4 Mile Testing (Time permitting)
5:15pm: Trophy Presentation

Gates open at 6:30am, racing is 10am until 5pm

Scrutineering will be between 8am and

1/8th mile competition - DYO Chicago Shootout

1/4 mile testing for all entrants at the end of the day

Strictly limited to a total of 75 cars/bikes

4 crew permitted per competitor entry

Classes will be based on whether you have a foot brake or transbrake car, motorbikes have their own class. (Subject to numbers)

All non IHRA tech vehicles (street cars)
will require scrutineering and IHRA tech
vehicles will be subject to random scrutineering
as per usual -

We look forward to seeing you there!
Lunch will be a small cost to help the club, $2.50 sausage sizzle and $1 water/soft drinks. Lunch will be available all day from 11am until stock runs out, with a dedicated break time of
12:30-1pm.
Also the shop will not be open so you will need to bring anything else you may need for the rest of the day. Also free tea, coffee and biscuits will be available in the morning.

We'll have a look at the weather forecast the day before and assess the situation. If it looks like rain we will call off the event and everyone will get a refund! Don't worry.
